Green Lights

For both your home or if you have a home office you probably don’t have florescent lighting. As such you may still be using incandescent bulbs. Compact florescent lamps (CFL) have become more popular, and so you might have some of those around your home/office, but before you make the switch to them you might find it interesting to note that another option is on the horizon. LED lighting is starting to reach the market. LED lighting offers some significant advances over CFLs. There are drawbacks of course, particularly the high initial cost, but these light bulbs last up to 25 years. Yes–25 years! They draw very little power and have none of the polutants of CFLs.
